IP Australia publishes the trade mark register as open data (IP RAPID, weekly, CC BY 4.0). We take each application with a word mark, group it by Nice class, and list the last 7 and 30 days by filing date. We show marks, dates and statuses only: no applicant names or addresses.
It can miss filings: logos without words are left out, the snapshot lags the register by days, and a similar mark in a different spelling will not be flagged. We do not use IP Australia's search site or API. The planned paid email would send the new filings in your classes each week; it is not live and nothing is charged.
This is information, not legal advice. A registered trade marks attorney can tell you whether a mark conflicts with yours and how to oppose it.
